This privacy statement sets out the privacy policy of www.brisksc.org.


www.brisksc.org provides a portal, or gateway, to the financial services offered by BRISK. The Site is owned by BRISK. BRISK (‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) is a company registered in Trinidad & Tobago.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with the Terms and Conditions and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. The BRISK Group provides its services through its affiliated companies and branches located across the world. Privacy and personal data protection principles vary from one country to another. 2. Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site
Up-to-date data about yourself, if you register your personal details for the Alert Service

We work with trusted third parties, including social network sites like Facebook, and with application developers who specialise in social media so we can connect to your social networks. We provide access to our Site by third parties and business partners so we can generate interest in our products and services among members of your social networks and to allow you to share product and service interests with friends in your network.

We cannot control how your data is collected, stored, used or shared by these Third Party Sites or to whom it is disclosed. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
